Our Comprehensive 21 Point Service has been created to ensure the system continues to function as the manufacturer intended this helps to prevent costly breakdowns.

Our service consists of the following:

 

  • 1.Isolate internal evaporator via local isolator & remove and clean cover to unit
  • 2.Clean the filter panel
  • 3.Check the coil for cleanliness
  • 4.Check the air distribution system
  • 5.Check the internal wiring for signs of deterioration
  • 6.Adjust the control thermostat to check the discharge temperature changes accordingly
  • 7.Inspect condensate drainage system is clear & not obstructed.

 

  • 8.Isolate external condenser via local isolator, remove and clean cover
  • 9.Check coil for cleanliness
  • 10.Check the air distribution system & internal wiring for signs of deterioration
  • 11.Run system and check for satisfactory operation
  • 12.Investigate any abnormal noises or vibrations
  • 13.Clean & disinfect all intermittently wetted areas ( if viable/possible)
  • 14.Check refrigerant charge and record (should any be added/ re-claimed)
  • 15.Inspect all trunking, cabling, wiring, insulation, terminal covers & connections within the evaporator & condenser for evidence of damage or overheating, report on condition and replace as required
  • 16.Check the condenser fan acoustic Louvers/silencers (if fitted) fixings of Intake/ discharge louvers and record sound power levels. Report any defects
  • 17.Inspect the condition of the main power supply isolator & supply cables
  • 18.Visually examine the isolators for signs of damage
  • 19.Check all operations are shown on the BMS (Building Management System) if applicable
  • 20.Report any defects or remedial actions to the Supervisor or responsible person
  • 21.Complete relevant paperwork (e.g. on site F-Gas register)
